1. Acceptance of terms

By booking a service, placing an order, or otherwise using roservicejabalpur.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or this website.

2. Our services

RO Service Jabalpur provides repair, servicing, installation, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for domestic, commercial, and industrial RO water purifiers, along with the sale of new purifiers and genuine spare parts, across Jabalpur and Katni.

3. Booking & scheduling

Service visits can be booked by phone or WhatsApp on 9424627457. We aim to offer same-day visits for most areas of Jabalpur, and scheduled visits for Katni and outlying areas, but exact timing depends on technician availability and is confirmed at the time of booking, not guaranteed in advance.

4. Pricing & payment

Domestic service, installation, and spares pricing shown on this website is indicative and confirmed on the phone before a technician is scheduled. Commercial and industrial pricing is quoted after a free site visit, based on system capacity and condition. Payment is typically collected after the service is completed, by cash, UPI, or card, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that visit.

5. Service warranty

Domestic repairs carried out by us carry a 30-day service warranty against the same fault recurring, unless stated otherwise at the time of service. This warranty covers our workmanship and the parts we fit; it does not cover new or unrelated faults, misuse, tampering by a third party, or damage from external factors such as power surges or water supply issues.

6. Cancellation & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked visit by calling us before the technician is dispatched, at no charge. If a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the location and the visit is cancelled or access is refused, a reasonable visiting charge may apply, which will be communicated to you.

7. Product purchases

Purifiers and spare parts purchased through us are genuine, brand-sourced units. Installation of newly purchased purifiers, where included, follows the same scheduling process as a service visit. Manufacturer warranty on the purifier itself, if any, is honoured as per the respective brand's terms and is separate from our own 30-day service warranty on our workmanship.

8. Customer responsibilities

To help us serve you well, please:

• Provide accurate contact details, address, and a correct description of the issue when booking.
• Ensure reasonable access to the RO unit at the scheduled time.
• Inform us of any known electrical or plumbing issues at the site that could affect the visit.

9. Limitation of liability

While we take reasonable care in every service and installation, RO Service Jabalpur is not liable for pre-existing faults in your electrical or plumbing setup, water quality issues beyond the RO system's intended function, or indirect losses arising from a delayed or missed visit due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Service area

Our services currently cover Jabalpur city and Katni city and their nearby areas. Availability outside these areas, or in remote localities within them, is confirmed on a case-by-case basis when you call.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
